Day Shift Maintenance/Process Technicians required  to work on production line maintenance for Galway's leading medical device manufacturer. Excellent opportunity for qualified wind turbine technicians/ mechanics/ fitters OR  candidates with a background in manufacturing equipment equipment maintenance.

About the job:

Purpose: Part of core team to respond to equipment related issues, implement corrective and preventative actions to eliminate repeat instances on production lines. 

Shift: 39 hour week. Day shift. Mon-Friday 6.30am-2.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Setup, planned maintenance and fault finding of machines and production lines
• Responsible for maintenance of equipment and utilities and documenting work to a high standard.
• Manage spare parts, consumables, and services to keep equipment schedules compliant.
• Fault finding regarding sensors, motors, electrical, conveyors, automation etc.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a Level 6 qualification or  Trade qualified candidates.Candidates with medical device/manufacturing background ideal also
