Summary:
CREGG are currently recruiting a detail orientated Administrator to join a leading Fire Safety Equipment and Services Provider company based in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to multi task and strong attention to detail.
This is a great opportunity for a motivational and organised individual to gain experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Updating contract information on to the management system
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Organising and maintaining files and records
- Cash collections
- Scheduling meetings, appointments
- Performing general office duties, such as data entry, photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in as administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel & Word
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
