Contracts Manager – Dublin

 

Position Summary:

 

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic and growing construction team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of contract management and administration, including the management of contracts, preparing and negotiating contractual documents, and monitoring the completion of contractual obligations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage all aspects of contract administration and negotiations

 

  • Prepare and negotiate contractual documents, including contracts, proposals, and change orders

 

  • Monitor the completion of contractual obligations

 

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

 

  • Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements

 

  • Resolve any contractual disputes in a timely manner

 

  • Liaise with other departments and external parties

 

  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

 

  • Manage the contractual process from start to finish

 

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract management processes

 

  • Provide advice on contractual matters to other departments and external parties

 

  • Monitor and review contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions

 

  • Attend meetings to discuss contractual issues and resolve conflicts

 

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and contract management

 

  • Excellent knowledge of construction industry and contractual terms and regulations

 

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently

 

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
