Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Administrator – Dublin – Permanent

Our client is currently hiring for a professional and efficient Customer Support Administrator with a great attention to detail to join their fast-paced customer service team.


Basic Functions:

  • Provide support to customers in Sales and Service divisions
  • Work with other team members to deliver exceptional support
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Purchasing
  • Telephone coverage
  • Administration of sales and service-related customer calls
  • Supplier liaison
  • Stock administration and monitoring
  • Service contract administration


Specific Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate specialists
  • Support Sales and Service personnel with administration tasks
  • Process sales orders efficiently, manage stock levels, and purchase activities
  • Log service calls and direct them to appropriate specialists
  • Assist with service contract administration and in-house administration.
  • Manage the calibration of test equipment.
  • Order stock and monitor stock levels.
  • Handle, document, and investigate customer complaints and process vendor returns.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Customer Care and Marketing Manager


Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:

  • Provide excellent support to Carl Stuart customers and team members.
  • Ensure efficient processing of sales orders.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and swift manner


Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and interested in providing exceptional support.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus and professional manner
  • Previous experience in an administration role is desirable.
  • Experience with Pegasus Opera III and Prospect CRM or similar systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential.
  • A third-level qualification in Business/Science is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Leaving Certificate Higher Level
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant role
