Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in senior facilities and management roles.
- Experience managing electrical, mechanical, operative, and engineering teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance to the highest standards.
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of facilities systems, including BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services and installations, and Emergency Systems.
- Relevant qualification in a related field would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work, make decisions, and give direction under pressure.
- Awareness of stakeholders and tenant requirements.
- Understanding the implications of decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Keeping updated on industry trends and developments.
