Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in senior facilities and management roles.
• Experience managing electrical, mechanical, operative, and engineering teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance to the highest standards.
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of facilities systems, including BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services and installations, and Emergency Systems.
• Relevant qualification in a related field would be desirable but not essential.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work, make decisions, and give direction under pressure.
• Awareness of stakeholders and tenant requirements.
• Understanding the implications of decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Keeping updated on industry trends and developments.
