Summary:
Our client provides all aspects of Facilities Maintenance Services to both public and private sector clients across a range of different industries. These options range from Civil Works and Building Projects to Professional Cleaning services.

They deliver a nationwide service that is efficient, professional and industry leading.

This is a Monday-Friday role and is based fully on site in South Limerick.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating facilities work orders from initial request to work & job closure with client, facilities team, and contractors.
  • Requesting and seeking quotes from sub-contractors.
  • Managing contractors and health & safety documentation.
  • Managing job request, PO & sales tracker.
  • Trading supplier invoices in company software system.
  • Previous experience working in a facility and or technical environment would be preferred due to knowledge required of working with contractors and essential H&S requirements
  • Carrying out Method Statements & Risk Assessments for projects.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of all paperwork and the ability to manage and own relevant spreadsheets
  • Completing  tasks within defined timeframes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • A knowledge of Sage Accounting is preferable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience  in a Facilities, Construction, or similar industry.
  • Previous experience working in a facility and or technical environment would be preferred due to knowledge required of working with contractors and essential H&S requirements
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Packages is essential in particular Word & Excel
  • Previous experience of managing and implementing Health and Safety procedures and processes essential
  • Good telephone manner & strong communication skills are required as client liaison is critical to this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work on own initiative is essential
  • Dependable and flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team
