Excellent opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join a thriving company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all IT related systems, projects and initiatives, liaising with the onsite IT support team and supporting the IT Business Systems Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the IT Business Systems Manager in the governance of existing systems and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with existing IT policies through regular reviews and IT controls testing.
• Liaising with group companies and subsidiaries to document, report, and enhance IT governance and standards.
• Supporting all departments in the delivering and implementation of IT projects and changes.
• Analysing existing business processes with an objective to recommend and implement efficiencies.
• Working closely with the local support team and external contractors to ensure IT Services and Projects are delivered as per SLAs.

Requirements

• 3rd level IT/Business Degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of IT analysis experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project & change management experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience of Dynamics 365, Power BI and other business systems desirable
