Junior Engineer

•    Project Manage new layout for gas storage, handling and inventory system. 
•    Develop process for ordering, managing, stock control on all gas consumables
•    New Product Integration  ( Bacharach Consumables, Gases – large and small cylinders)   – design system to ensure FIFO
•    Streamline process for receiving goods with specific storage and handling requirements. 
•    Working with Quality and Health and Safety to develop a robust system to eliminate waste and maintain effective inventory management.  . . . . . 

Purpose of Position (Summary)
Organizationally the role will support the Manufacturing Engineering Group to ensure industrialization of the Galway OpEx Operation 

It will support the Manufacturing Engineering Group to ensure an industrial engineering approach to layouts, process flows and material management processes. In addition, TPM programs will be developed to improve machine and test system uptime and efficiencies. Working closely with engineering, the NPD processes will be optmised to make sure design for manufacture is leveraged fully.
