Position Overview
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of both site and factory activities.
This multifaceted role requires exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with directors, supervisors, and project teams to align operational strategies with the company’s vision and goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on construction and manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Prior experience in liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors is a plus.
