Quality Engineer (Full-Time)

Job Description:

• Maintain ISO9001:2015 QMS requirements in the facility.
• Facilitate customer site visits and audits, providing necessary reports and CAPA plans.
• Drive efficient New Product Introduction processes in alignment with QMS and customer requirements.
• Conduct Capability Studies (Cp-Cpk), FMEA, and develop Control Plans and Work Instructions.
• Lead Continuous Improvement programs through effective Corrective and Preventative Action procedures.
• Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, conducting audits and implementing improvement programs.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and develop process improvements.
• Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions within functional departments.

Skills/Experience and Qualifications:

• 3rd Level qualification in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality role within a WCM environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with self-motivation and initiative.
