Quality Engineer – Limerick
Role Overview: As a skilled Quality Engineer, you'll drive product quality excellence through various phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, lead vendor approval, and implement process enhancements. Utilize statistical techniques for effective process monitoring and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot quality issues during product development and commercialization.
- Lead vendor and part appraisal and approval processes.
- Implement and assess process changes via change notification.
- Collaborate with project teams on statistical techniques and visual control systems.
- Develop quality plans, test methods, and validation documentation.
- Align specifications with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee product testing, release activities, and corrective actions.
- Review and approve QMS documentation and records.
- Drive responses to Customer quality feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality-related discipline.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) designation.
- Proficiency in technical reports and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of EN ISO 13485, GMP, FDA QSR 21 CFR Part 820.
