Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of Facilities Maintenance Services to a diverse clientele including prominent names like Aldi, DELL, UPS, Aramark, and VHI. Their wide-ranging services encompass various industries, from Civil Works and Building Projects to Professional Cleaning services. They are recognized for their commitment to excellence and efficiency on a nationwide scale.
This Sales position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company. Based in their friendly, open-plan office in South Limerick, this Monday-Friday role is an integral part of the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts by effectively promoting O’Brien Facilities' services to potential clients.
- Researching our business and targeting potential businesses for sales meetings with relevant staff in targeted businesses.
- On the road meeting with these potential clients combined with office follow-ups
- Roughly 3 days out 2 days in office. (on average)
- Create Quotations for Jobs / Businesses that were interacted with
- Communicate and engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, contracts, and important documents.
- Collaborate with marketing to schedule, events, and presentations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for sales-related activities.
- Ensure a smooth flow of information between the sales team and other departments.
- Contribute to the management of client accounts and associated documentation.
- Uphold a high level of service excellence and professionalism in all client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and adeptness in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
