Senior R & D Project Engineer
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of various R&D projects, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product design, development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
• Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk management strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring optimal design and development of medical devices.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, such as suppliers, regulatory bodies, and research institutions.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to stakeholders, including management, investors, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in R&D Engineering, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Strong background in product design and development, with a track record of successful projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of financial aspects related to project management, including funding, grants, and tax incentives.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards, such as FDA guidelines and ISO 13485.
