Software Sales Manager – Co. Louth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive country level vertical sales strategy & implement it
  • Position and sell IT product development & lifecycle management services, Application development & support, testing, integration UI/UX Design services, ERP, mobility solutions
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle management, from lead generation to closure
  • Account opening, account management, relationship building at Senior & CXO levels and nurture these relationships
  • Assimilate, learn company’s IT services offerings and present them to customers at senior level management to gain mindshare, generate sales leads.
  • Tenacity, patience to understand customer requirements and lead a team of pre-sales & solutioning, subject matter experts in small, mid to large opportunity pursuits
  • Work closely with delivery counterpart to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgets and achieve CSAT that generates repeat business
  • Maintain CRM up to date with respect to leads, revenue & collections
  • Prepare and present performance stats & analytics for periodic management reviews, QBR’s and annual planning
  • Identify, plan & participate in industry events & exhibitions to present the company to increase brand awareness, garner mindshare, generate sales leads


  • Bachelors / undergrad degree in Engineering or Bachelors degree in Science with a focus on Information technology or similar area is required.
  • Post grad diploma or degree in Business studies with specialization in IT related topics/ marketing / economics etc is a plus 
  • At least 7 to 8 years of direct sales experience as an individual contributor and  experience in IT services sales is essential
  • Consistent & proven revenue achievement over past 5 years is required
  • Excellent business communication skills, presentation & listening skills and business acumen to qualify, pursue sales leads to closure
