Talent Acquisition Lead

Talent Acquisition Lead – Limerick

4 Days Onsite/1 day from home

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan strategic regional talent acquisition projects (e.g., hiring ramp ups) and recruiting activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of significant project deliverables including analyzing relevant metrics, (e.g., market trends, hiring trends), identifying gaps, recommending solutions while providing direction and guidance to smaller project teams; may anticipate organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool
• Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to set search strategy, source and develop slates of candidates, and conduct complex senior management offer negotiations and finalize the hiring process
• Responsible for maximizing the use of recruiting tools and technologies to streamline activities and remain at the forefront of talent acquisition. Researches and recommends the use of other vendors that may improve the effectiveness of recruiting and/or sourcing activities
• Identify and evaluate process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
• Develop and mentor talent acquisition team members to achieve higher level of performance
• Represent talent acquisition on project teams on cross functional initiatives
• Interface with external experts/resources to understand the market and emerging tools, trends and opportunities in order to recommend talent acquisition solutions
• Responsible for identifying and securing niche and/or executive level talent

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 8 years years experience of related full lifecycle talent acquisition experience
Previous experience in High Volume recruitment
• Previous experience in both agency and corporate recruiting
• Proven successful project management skills
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel; ATS systems (e.g., Taleo) and advanced sourcing skills and systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo)
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and talent acquisition team
