Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team in Shannon. You will play a vital role in the production of their products. This role requires flexibility and covers a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead risk assessments for process and equipment validation.
- Prepare, schedule, and execute commissioning and validation protocols.
- Troubleshoot equipment, ensuring machines are safe and efficient.
- Work with external contractors on new equipment installations and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation and support deviation investigations.
- Promote safety and continuous improvement across all operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering degree with 3+ years of validation experience in a GMP environment.
- Strong knowledge of process equipment, utilities, and automation systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, risk assessments, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with GMP validation standards and regulatory requirements.
