PA / Secretary

Our client, a global software and services provider have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, PA or Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis in their Limerick HQ office. Hybrid working arrangements can also be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential, and general administrative support, exercising discretion as needed.
  • Meet and greet clients upon arrival, providing a friendly, courteous and professional first impression.
  • Provide high level administrative support to the CEO including diary management etc.
  • Organise all travel arrangements and engagements for the CEO.
  • Organise and manage meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow up actions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for the CEO & senior leadership team.
  • Filing of important company documents (on-line mainly).
  • Update internal databases with new information etc.
  • Respond to queries, take ownership of issues, and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload efficiently.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a busy & dynamic Executive Assistant/ PA or Office Administration role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent IT skills including a high level of proficiency across the MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong inter-personal & project management skills.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Professional & positive demeanour with a friendly & outgoing personality.

Offer: This is a full-time permanent role, and the salary is commensurate with experience but is expected to be in the range of approx. €35-€45k plus benefits. Hybrid working arrangements can also be considered for this role.
