Production Supervisor required to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production teams to meet KPIs and schedules.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory ISO standards.
- Drive team development, training, and performance management.
- Contribute to new product introductions and ongoing process improvements.
Educational / Professional Requirement
- 4+ years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Flexible, organized, and motivated to support team success.
- Experience with Lean, ERP systems, and automated processes is a plus.
