About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality results. This role requires coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects according to plan, defining project objectives, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure proper allocation and availability of resources.

Execution & Monitoring

  • Lead project teams to achieve deliverables efficiently and effectively.
  • Track project progress, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage risks and handle change requests, communicating impacts on schedule and budget.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.

Engineering Project Oversight

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to improve project methods and maintain profitability.
  • Conduct quality inspections during construction phases to ensure compliance with codes, policies, standards, and specifications
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
  • Desired Qualities:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage project teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
