Machinery Maintenance Technicians required to work Cork's leading medical device manufacturer. Apply if you have a level 6 qualification and experience working on production line maintenance OR are trade qualified Fitter, Mechanic, electrician etc. Full training provided for trade qualified candidates.

About the job:
Purpose: Part of core team to respond to equipment related issues, implement corrective and preventative actions to eliminate repeat instances.
Shift: 39 hour week.Candidates can choose to go for either evening shift, day shift or night shift depending on your preference.
Day shift: Mon-Friday 6.30am-2.30pm
Evening shift: Mon-friday 2.30-10.30pm offering 20% shift premium
Night shift: 3 nights a week x 12 hours

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Setup, planned maintenance and fault finding of machines and production lines
- Responsible for maintenance of equipment and utilities and documenting work to a high standard.
- Manage spare parts, consumables, and services to keep equipment schedules compliant.
- Support the creation and modification of documentation to support maintenance
- Identify root cause problem solving and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Fault finding regarding sensors, pneumatics, motors, electrical, conveyors etc.
Qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a Level 6 or Trade qualified candidates.
- Candidates with medical device/manufacturing background ideal also
