Production Operator

CREGG are looking for Production Operator in Shannon, Co. Clare. Our client is a pharmaceutical production company, looking to grow and expand their business.

This is a full time, with guaranteed 39 hours per week.

**Candidates must be able to work both day and evening shifts**

Day shift –

• Monday – Friday
• 07:00 – 16:00
• Salary – €14.50

Evening Shift – 

• Monday- Friday
• 4.00pm- midnight
• Salary – €17.40

**This is a fixed term 12 month contract**

Duties:

• The Checking and Verification and recording of all incoming kits and authorising for production in line with agreed procedures and policies.
• The preparation of the Box and Packaging lines for assembly and authorising the Box and line clearance records.
• The completion of Batch records
• The feeding of all automated packaging machined both front and rear end.
• Comply with all safety issues in relation to the automated packaging machines.
• The housekeeping of such machines.
• Ensuring quality is maintained through out the process including in process inspection.
• Placing of Inner boxes in outer cartons for shipment.
• The clear marking of all outer cartons in preparation for shipment
• The preparation of outer cartons for shipment. Address labels, packaging.
• Preparation of Paperwork for shipment
• Release of product from production
• Conducting Quality Audits
• Working in connection with Quality systems co-ordinator.
• To monitor and maintain KPI’s showing production performance against established efficiency standards
• To monitor the flow of product from first article inspection through to shipping of finished product, while ensuring that all documentation (batch records, In-Process inspection and Diagnostic release have been completed and fully in line with current GMP/GDP guidelines.

Job requirements:

• Very good attention to details.
• Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience working in production (2 year min)
