Customer Service Advisor – Evenings
CREGG Recruitment are working with our client, based in Ballybrit, Galway, in hiring full time/permanent Customer Service Advisors.
Our client is an international medical device company.
Please note this is an EVENING SHIFT role.
Responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor:
- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have.
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Hours of Work – Evening Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 17:00 – 01:00
Salary:
- €33,600 per year (inclusive of shift allowance)
Job requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Contract Type:
- Full time (39 hours per week)
- Permanent (after completed 6 month probation period)
