Quality Officer
Excellent opportunity of a Quality Officer to join a thriving company in Co. Clare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing quality issues serving as primary author of deviation reports.
• Work with customers and suppliers to meet their standard requirements.
• Work with Production Management to coordinate quality and safety training sessions for all employees.
• Assist staff with information regarding product quality, legality, and facility hygiene.
• Ensure necessary Equipment used for quality assurance is calibrated in a timely manner and accurate records maintained.
• Coordinate required audits, work closely with plants’ management team to lead preparation and readiness activities.
• Make sure the facility’s operations meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Manage integrated Quality & Environmental management systems and their associated requirements.
• Manage completion of non-conformance findings for all management systems and compliance programs.
• Liaise with Lead Auditors for audits and ensure smooth audit processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Quality or related field
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Must have previous with audits
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and FSSC 22000 standards and related management systems.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
