Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a thriving and well-established company in Co. Clare

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production department to ensure timely manufacturing that aligns with customer demand.
• Develop and manage the production schedule to enable accurate forecasting and effective planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality team to implement appropriate inspection processes, minimising the risk of customer complaints.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on reducing manufacturing costs.
• Plan and allocate resources — including personnel, materials, and equipment — to support production requirements.
• Manage and support direct reports through coaching, motivation, and training to help them achieve and exceed individual and team objectives.
• Play a key role in the business's strategic planning to drive overall organisational performance and effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent team working and organisational skills
