Marketing Executive – Dublin & Limerick
My client, a leader in modernizing clinical trials is currently seeking a Head of Go-to-Marketing. As the Head of Go-to-Market, you will lead our dynamic team responsible for building and activating sales lead generation strategies and ensuring consistent application of their value’s across the entire customer experience. Your role is critical in driving growth by establishing long-term competitive positioning, launching go-to-market plans and scaling lead generation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing B2B SaaS product and both the strategic and operational aspects of Go-to-Market.
You will have a proven track record of driving successful product growth in a fast-paced SaaS start-up, with experience working with R&D, sales and services.
You must be able to thrive in a dynamic cross-functional environment and exhibit excellent critical thinking, analytical and communication skills.
The candidate should have experience influencing senior stakeholders and demonstrated ability in structuring and leading complex projects with multiple teams involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team to scale demand generation across marketing, sales and services teams
- Manage the go-to-market workstream for strategic initiatives, including product and service launches to ensure we deliver a unique value proposition, achieve cross-functional alignment and improve the enablement of customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to foster cross-functional alignment on lead generation and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop and refine positioning for both new and existing products / services by analysing competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
- Build business cases for investment in marketing spend, SDR, MarTech and R&D
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Over 8+ years of experience in senior marketing roles or consulting within a fast growing technology environment
- Strategic, commercial thinker who is also comfortable in managing day-to-day operations.
- A collaborative leader capable of gathering valuable insights from various sources, building trust and mutual respect.
- Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional teams
- Excellent command of Hubspot Sales CRM.
- Excellent command of lead generation levers like social media, referrals, PPC, SDR
- Results-driven with exceptional problem-solving skills and a documented history of successful go-to-market executions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling customer-facing content and effectively influencing internal stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
Location and Travel:
- Hybrid role – Dublin City Centre, Ireland, or Limerick City Centre, Ireland currently this is set to 2 days per week onsite.
