Customer Service Representative
CREGG are working in partnership with Virgin Media to recruit multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in their Limerick Contact Centre. These positions vary across multiple departments.
Please note that this is not a fully remote position
What You'll Do:
- Be a customer champion, proactively resolving issues and minimizing disruptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve weekly goals.
- Handle a variety of inquiries, including cancellations, sales, and house move requests.
The person:
- Someone who possess previous customer service experience and a genuine desire to help others.
- A strong communicator who thrives on building connections and getting to the root of the problem.
- Thrive in both team settings and independent work environments.
- Proficient in using IT systems.
The Details:
- Hours: Primarily 9am to 5:30pm, with one required Saturday per month (flexible schedule).
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Salary: base salary of €25,000, with competitive bonus structures
- Training: comprehensive 12-week on-site training program for all successful candidates.
