Maintenance Technician
CREGG is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client based in Annacotty, Co. Limerick
Our client is a global medical technology company specializing in devices that enhance patient care. Its OEM division partners with clients to design and manufacture custom components and devices, offering expertise in design, development, and regulatory support.
Role Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you will utilise your technical skills to support the manufacturing of medical device products.
Key responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited) to the following;
- Ensure Quality and EHS policies and procedures are adhered to always
- Work closely with Maintenance Supervisor to plan and complete Preventative Maintenance tasks
- Ensure where applicable, that downtime and process issues are dealt with in an effective manner
- Demonstrate an attitude of knowledge sharing within the group with respect to equipment and processes
- Work with the wider group in identifying opportunities for yield and cost saving improvements
- Support CIP project activities
Requirements:
- A high degree of computer literacy
- Engineering or relevant manufacturing qualification to Diploma level Ability to work in a fluid, demanding environment
- Understanding and appreciation of Teleflex ethics standards
- Thorough understanding of Teleflex processes and products Knowledge and experience of working in the medical devices industry
