Field Service Technician
CREGG is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for our client for Roscommon and the surrounding area.
Our client is a global leader in the coffee industry, providing high-quality coffee products and services to retail, hospitality, and foodservice sectors, driving innovation and excellence in coffee production.
Role Overview: As a Field Maintenance Technician you will be installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment at client locations. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction across the retail and hospitality sectors.
Key responsibilities will include (but aren't limited) to the following;
- Repair and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring all work meets set specifications and provides consistent coffee quality.
- Respond to service calls efficiently and professionally for a variety of clients.
- Keep clients informed by working proactively with the central call centre.
- Follow on-site procedures, including contacting site managers and adhering to Health and Safety protocols.
- Complete necessary job sheets and documentation online before leaving the premises.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle, reporting any issues to the line manager.
- Manage spare parts stock to ensure availability and accurate invoicing.
Requirements:
- Confident with a passion for customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background.
- Computer literate with a clean driving licence (Essential).
- Self-motivated and flexible with work hours and locations (required to work 1 in 4 weekends).
