About the Role

This job will suit an energetic & ambitious Junior Production Supervisor at an early stage of their career that is looking for a hands-on job offering strong mentorship that will assist in long-term career growth.

The ideal person will have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.

Experience working within the food industry or a Food Science degree is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the Food or FMCG industry.
• Education: A degree in food science or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BRC-compliant systems and food safety standards is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of quality standards and machinery maintenance.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, hands-on approach, and a positive work ethic.
• Certifications: Food safety qualifications or related certifications are a bonus.
