Parts Advisor

CREGG are hiring a Parts Advisor for our client in Roscommon Town. This is a full time, Permanent position. 

Hours of work: 

Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:45pm 
Friday: 8am – 4pm 

Pay Rate: €38'000 – €39'000 Yearly 

We’re looking for a confident, high-energy Service & Parts Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of action — driving performance, building relationships, and making things happen.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage workshop bookings to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Confidently present quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed work
• Strategically source and manage parts to protect margins
• Ensure the smooth and profitable operation of workshop activities
• Identify process improvements to enhance performance and service delivery
• Maintain accurate parts inventory control

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a dealership, independent garage environment (advantageous)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Awareness with the ability to understand performance
• Proficiency in IT systems
• A proactive and results-driven approach
