About the Role
We are looking for a  detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to develop their skills in cost management and construction project delivery. You will work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Support the measurement and valuation of works (on-site and from drawings)
• Help manage project costs, variations, and financial reporting
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Assist in procurement and contract administration
• Monitor project progress and provide regular cost updates
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field (desirable)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of cost management software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
