Global Brand Manager
CREGG are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Brand Manager to join our client’s team based in Athenry, Galway. This is a full-time position. The Global Brand Manager will be responsible for leading global product launch strategies, managing product lifecycle performance, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global launch strategy and execution for assigned products.
  • Ensure all launch materials comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications teams to deliver campaign assets.
  • Facilitate global launch reviews and readiness checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory teams on product changes, deviations, or expansions.
  • Approve core product assets prior to market release.
  • Ensure packaging aligns with approved claims and brand positioning.
  • Monitor product performance including revenue, volume, and customer feedback.
  • Analyse market trends and recommend optimisation strategies.
  • Lead product lifecycle planning including refreshes, repositioning, extensions, and discontinuations.
  • Provide pricing and promotional input in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Act as the commercial lead within cross-functional product teams.
  • Partner with NPD teams on product roadmap development and future enhancements.
  • Maintain product dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Support structured handover from NPD Commercial to Product Management.
  • Ensure all launch documentation and positioning frameworks are properly governed and archived.
  • Develop and update SOPs and work instructions as required.
  • Become a super user of internal project management tools.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and project management platforms (Smartsheet desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Adaptable with the ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
