  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Bookkeeper, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Strong financial acumen, comfortable with bank reconciliations, invoice management, and preparing information for tax filings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern administrative tools.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with calm efficiency and deal effectively with queries from diverse stakeholders.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • An extensive Benefits Package including pension, annual health checks, EAP, referral bonus, further education support, additional leave for service, service milestone bonuses, paid maternity & paternity leave, staff discounts and bike to work scheme.
  • A varied and stimulating role with genuine scope for professional growth.
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a trusted, valued position.
  • A supportive environment where flexibility, initiative, and confidentiality are truly respected.
