The successful candidate will provide desktop technical support to our Client’s Customers .
Please note this role is fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Helpdesk staff to manage a varied queue of customer tickets, ensuring each issue is resolved to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Log incidents accurately, applying the correct categorisation and prioritisation in line with company procedures.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of events, issues, and resolutions within ticket records.
- Investigate and diagnose IT problems to identify root causes, collaborating with end users, colleagues, and third-party vendors as needed to achieve effective solutions.
- Provide regular customer updates, keeping all information current to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Support and troubleshoot PCs/laptops, printers, scanners, phones, VoIP systems, and network services including Intranet, LAN, WAN, as well as related hardware and software.
- Demonstrate proficiency in installing and maintaining security and antivirus tools, configuring firewalls, operating systems, software applications, and backup devices.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years desktop support experience (or equivalent) experience
- Experience with MS Azure Active Directory (EntraID, Exchange Online, Intune), Windows 11, Microsoft Office suites (Office 365), Teams, SharePoint.
- Experience of IT Networks, Servers, and VoIP Technologies
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
