Exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a growing small-to-medium sized company to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational leader with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production workflows, planning processes, supply chain coordination and fulfilment, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role would suit someone who enjoys improving processes and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a growing SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across production, planning, supply chain and fulfilment.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Lead and develop operational teams, driving performance and accountability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or production environments.
• Strong operational and technical background with hands-on experience managing workflows and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and performance management experience.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong influencing ability with a focus on operational improvement and efficiency.
