Customer Service Representative – EVENINGS
CREGG Recruitment are working with our client, based in Ballybrit, Galway, in hiring full time/permanent Customer Service Representatives.
Please note this is an EVENING SHIFT role and own transport is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, due to hours of work and lack of public transport.
Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative:
- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have.
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Hours of Work – Evening Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 17:00 – 01:00
Salary:
- €35,280 per year
Job requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Call Centre or relevant Customer Service department (retail/hospitality/accommodation, etc).
- Own transport essential, due to hours of work.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Contract Type:
- Full time (39 hours per week)
- Permanent (after completed 6 month probation period)
