We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role and is happy to support across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and managing inbound invoices
- Routing invoices to the correct departments for approval/signature
- Raising purchase orders
- Completing weekly payroll hours for onsite employees, will have assistance of payroll team.
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Maintaining employee files and records, including holiday requests
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration role
- Previous HR administration experience would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and support the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
