Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join a thriving company in Co. Clare.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead and support our Client’s engineering team & the  role will focus on supporting daily manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, managing production engineering activities, and ensuring product quality and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Production Engineering team.
• Oversee manufacturing documentation, procedures, and document control.
• Support production through troubleshooting of process, equipment, and quality issues.
• Manage Customer NPIs and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support maintenance and optimisation of production equipment and automated machinery.
• Monitor production and quality data, creating reports and presenting findings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
• Promote Health & Safety and provide training to staff where required.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in a Production/Manufacturing Engineering leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience working within ISO9001/ISO13485 environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
