Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium-to-large cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Manage Capital and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, collaborating across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing functions.
  • Drive alignment across multiple regions and functions to achieve project goals.
  • Provide input and feedback to functional managers on team and individual performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and present clearly and effectively to senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, especially related to technology and product development.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, scope, actions, and roadmaps with embedded risk mitigation strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant degree qualification with 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within Operations or New Product Development.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects, involving cross-functional teams and/or multi-site collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to executive teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence others in a matrixed environment.
