Van Driver – Temporary – Bi Licence needed
CREGG Recruitment are looking for a full time Van Driver for temporary work in Doughiska, Co. Galway.
Successful candidate will be covering territory in the South East Co. Galway and North West Co. Tipperary (Loughrea, Nenagh, Roscrea, etc.).
Please note we are looking for an individual who has previous experience in the Delivery role (min 1 year).
Job description – Van Driver:
- Safely operate vans and light commercial vehicles to deliver goods on time while following all traffic laws and company procedures.
- Load, unload, and handle packages carefully, ensuring deliveries are accurate and undamaged.
- Maintain a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of local routes and navigation systems.
- Provide professional customer service by communicating politely with customers and obtaining delivery confirmations when required.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks, report maintenance issues promptly, and keep delivery records and paperwork up to date.
Salary:
- €743.00 per week (inclusive of meal allowance)
Hours of Work:
- Monday – Friday
- 07:00 – 15:30
Job requirements:
- Previous driving and delivery experience (min 1 year)
- Valid and up to date B Driving Licence
Contract type:
- Full time (39 hours a week)
- Short Term/Temporary (2 months)
