We are currently recruiting an FP&A Accountant for a growing international business based in Shannon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation operating in a complex, highly regulated sector. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis, while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial models
• Deliver KPI reporting and variance analysis
• Provide insight into cost and revenue drivers
• Support decision-making through scenario planning and business case analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the organisation
• Drive process improvement and reporting efficiencies

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Qualified accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• 7+ years’ PQE
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and modelling experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management ability
• Experience in a fast-paced or regulated environment is advantageous
