Quality Supervisor

Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Supervisor to lead and support their Quality team within a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment serving the MedTech, Automotive, ICT, and Agri-Tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a team of Quality Inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485/9001 standards, customer requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Support audits, CAPA activities, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality KPIs including defect rates, yield, and right-first-time performance.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Maintain audit readiness, quality documentation, and QMS processes.
• Promote strong health & safety and ESG standards.

Education and Experience:

• Level 7 or above qualification in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years’ people management/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485/9001 and quality systems.
• Experience managing audits and quality documentation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
• Familiarity with MedTech or Automotive quality standards
