Customer Value Management Agent

Location: Limerick
Salary: €28,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, one Saturday per month, you will get a day off mid week in lieu
Contract: 12 months with view to permeance 

Our client is currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join their Customer Value Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Customer Value Management Agent, you will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing customer queries, including cancellation, sales and house move requests.

You will take ownership of each customer interaction and work to provide a professional, friendly and positive customer experience.

Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills required to provide first-class customer support.

You will be required to be flexible in the role and may be asked to undertake other duties as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Handle incoming and outbound customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Take ownership of customer queries and work to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Support business growth through upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.

  • Provide proactive updates to customers where required.

  • Minimise customer disruption by resolving queries effectively.

  • Take ownership of the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience.

  • Work towards agreed individual and team targets.

  • Contribute positively to the wider team and department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.

  • Experience in a retention or customer value role would be an advantage but is not essential.

  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A hardworking, positive and can-do attitude.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • High standards of customer service and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.

  • Good computer and typing skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Hours of Work

  • 37.5 hours per week.

  • Monday to Friday

  • Saturday work approximately once per month.

  • Earliest start: 9:00am.

  • Latest finish: 6:30pm.
