About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join our client's growing team in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of modular construction projects, overseeing production, procurement, project teams and site activities from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction or project management professional to take a key role within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initial planning through to delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, programmes and budgets.

Manage project schedules, resources and deadlines.

Lead and manage project teams, including the allocation and management of manpower.

Coordinate the production and assembly of modular units in line with agreed project programmes.

Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, plant and equipment.

Monitor raw materials, stock levels and inventory requirements.

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.

Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

Manage project contracts and ensure contractual requirements are met.

Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.

Provide regular project updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Monitor project performance, costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a Project Management or Projects Management role within construction, manufacturing, modular construction or a related industry.

Strong project planning and organisational skills.

Experience managing teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
-
Good understanding of project budgets, procurement and cost control.
-
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and quality requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-
Full clean driving licence.
