Production Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate evening shift operations within a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment operating to ISO 13485 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production operatives and ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Act as the main point of contact for all production, quality, health & safety, and facility matters during shift.
• Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and effective shift handovers.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing production team.
• Ensure all SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are followed.
• Support training, cross-training, and performance management activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Maintain strong health & safety and ESG standards.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Education and Experience: 

• Level 7 or above qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 4–5 years’ production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience working in electronics manufacturing or cable assembly highly desirable.
• Lean manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• ERP system experience desirable.
• Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
