About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in the commercial management of construction projects, ensuring costs are effectively controlled and projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and payments.
• Monitor project costs and variations.
• Assist with contract administration and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and cost control.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
