Finishing Foreman

Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Location: Sligo, Ireland
Salary: Package depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing trades such as tiling, flooring, carpentry, fixtures installation & more
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and sequencing of finishing tasks
• Inspect work quality and ensure it meets project specifications, drawings, and standards
• Snagging and de-snagging: identify defects, track them, and ensure they are corrected
• Monitor project timelines and ensure finishing stages are completed on schedule
• Ensure health & safety compliance on-site
• Communicate with site managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress and issues
• Manage materials and resources for finishing works

 Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
• Attention to detail and high quality standards
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
