Junior Sales Representative
CREGG are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our client’s sales team on a permanent basis at their Clare office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the renewable energy industry and develop strong sales and account management experience within the solar sector. The role will involve supporting existing customer relationships, assisting with inbound enquiries, developing installer relationships, preparing quotations, and helping grow sales across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Build relationships with solar installers and electrical contractors
- Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities
- Support the sales process from enquiry through order completion
- Assist customers with product selection and order queries
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts
- Support outbound sales activity and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order delivery
- Develop strong knowledge of solar PV products and systems
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience (desirable)
- Interest in renewable energy or electrical products (desirable)
