Graduate EHS Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the site EHS Management System in line with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Support EHS improvement projects and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training.
- Monitor EHS KPIs and promote a strong safety culture.
- Review and update EHS procedures and documentation.
- Support ergonomic assessments, contractor safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
Education & Experience:
- 9 to 12 months experience in an EHS or Health & Safety role.
- Relevant third-level qualification in EHS or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
- Manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Strong communication, organisational, and Microsoft Office skills.
