Job description: General Operative – Assistant
Ensure the manufacturing production line operates at optimal efficiency to produce high-quality medical devices. These devices are crucial in helping individuals living with heart failure get back to leading their normal lives. The Manufacturing Assistant provides essential logistical, administrative, and maintenance support by managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and compliance standards, and facilitating various operational processes. This role helps minimize downtime, supports quality assurance, and sustains a clean, organized, and compliant production environment, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of advancing patient care.
Responsibilities /Key Objectives:
Management of production paperwork including –
- Initiating, printing, reconciling and closing lot history records for components and subassemblies
- Printing other support paperwork as required, such as labels, test reports, concessions.
- Completing portions of lot history records to maintain perfect traceability on all manufactured product.
Manage cleanroom and stockroom inventory –
- Restock consumables and components to the cleanroom and gowning room per Kanban system
- Manage inventory and work with Buyer/Planner to ensure no stockouts
- Conduct quality tests to support the production builds, such as tensile testing of samples and tokens. ·
- Maintenance (cleaning, labelling, appropriate storage, managing expiration dates of chemicals and components) of our storerooms, stockout rooms, cabinets/presses and totes
- ·Minor facilities maintenance tasks such as filter checks, equipment checks, etc.
- Assists in packaging of product and/or peripheral builds as needed.
- Other tasks as required by the team.
- Assists in production of sensors as time permits.

Pay Rate – €35'000 – €40'000 yearly – depending on experience
Hours of Work – 7am-3pm Monday to Friday
Contract – 1 Year contract
